FUEL WITH
INTENT

Macro targets you can actually hit, meals that fit around your life, and no list of banned foods. Fueling is the half of the equation most plans skip.

Targets before recipes

Your daily energy and macronutrient targets come out of the same assessment that drives your training: body stats, activity level, training load and the direction you want to move in. Those numbers are the plan. Everything else is a suggestion for how to reach them.

Why we do not hand out a diet

Restrictive plans fail for a predictable reason: they assume the same fourteen meals will suit every week of your life. Fitactiv8 works the other way around. You get targets, a rotating library of meals that land inside them, and the freedom to build your own days once you understand the shape of a good one.

  • No banned foods. Nothing is off the list. Portions and frequency do the work instead.
  • Eating out is planned for. Guidance for restaurant meals, travel days and social weekends is part of the plan, not an exception to it.
  • Preferences are respected. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, dairy-free, gluten-free and common allergens are all handled at the target level.

Timing that matches your training

On training days the portal shifts carbohydrate towards the hours around your session and keeps protein spread evenly across the day. On rest days the totals change shape rather than collapsing. The point is steady energy, not a permanent deficit.

Day typeWhat shiftsWhy
Heavy training dayMore carbohydrate, timed around the sessionFuels the work and speeds refuelling afterwards
Light or conditioning dayModerate carbohydrate, protein held steadySupports recovery without over-fuelling
Rest dayLower carbohydrate, fat slightly higherMatches intake to a lower output day

Logging without weighing everything

You can log to the gram if that suits you. Most members use portion-based logging instead: hand and cup measures mapped to your targets, which is accurate enough to move the trend and sustainable enough to keep doing in month six.

Nutrition information in the portal is provided for general guidance. It is not medical or dietetic advice, and it is not designed for the management of a diagnosed condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, consult a qualified professional.
